I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ascena (Bengaluru) in Feb 2019
Interview
There were 2 Technical rounds and 2 Telephonic rounds with the 2 Directors of Ascena Retail India. I cleared all the interview rounds and had a final HR call for discussion on CTC.
I would have to say that Ascena Retail is a very poor company because of the the directors they have in Manyata Tech Park. One of them was good while the other was very proud although less knowledgeable.
I rejected their offer solely because of tye director and had also read about poor reviews about them in Glassdoor itself.
Last but not the least they have shifts in place which is very odd for a company that claims to be product based although it's not.
