They took like 7-8 interviews, I was surprised when developers were also part of interview process & asking questions like how can I bind 4 grids in .NET which was like funny. One interviewer grilled me for an hour asking syntax of Jquery, Linq, SQL which was very weird. Finally while talking to SVP realized they are looking for a slogging developer in the name of architect.
