it was simple. first you go in as a group general questions nothing to be scared. very plain and simple answers should do. then you go into private interview. privater interview they ask you more about your experience, achievements, and then how much are you looking to make and what department you know you want to go to. what are the overall experiences before, etc. because the company is very creative i think at the time they were looking for someone with creative insights, something a little different from norms.
