I had three interviews in total. One phone call with the team lead, one video call with the rest of the team and the final interview with the CEO. Everyone I met was very kind and did their best to make the interview a great experience. I was promised a lot of creative freedom in the job which I see as a big plus. After long consideration, I decided to take another job offer where I had more mentorship opportunities.
