Interview
Received a one way interview, was rejected due to stating being open to relocation and enjoying a hybrid work schedule in the past (not stating being opposed to fully in office, just that I've also enjoyed hybrid). The recruiter cold called months later, and rejected again over the phone.
Straightforward, was a few get to know your background questions and a case scenario. There was a screener first and then with two managers. Gave a tour of the floor afterwards and heard back within the week.

Interview
Interview was okay. Some questions about my previous experience but more centered around their business model. Preparation is needed to properly move onto their next stage. There is many rounds of interviews that they have to ensure proper fit.
