I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at agencyQ in Dec 2021
Interview
I had an interview with the manager and a front-end guy. The interview was supposed to be for 1 hour, but it went over for 30 minutes. And they kept asking me questions.
It was very unprofessional, at least ask the candidate if it's okay to take more of their time.
I also felt like it was not a good fit. They were looking for more senior guy. Like someone with a 3 years of react experience.
For what I concluded from interview, It's a client centric company and it was normal to work 45/50 hours a week. if things go south then you may have to work long hours. No relocation assistance. They are working with CMS platforms and are shifting to react. Currently they had no senior guy for react and are working with old technology like html/css, js/jquery and styling in bootstrap. If they are really deep down they hire contractors to get them out of the deadlines.
Although I wasn't selected but there would have been 1 more interview with COO.
