They will lowball you to the maximum.... Ask you for last drawn and give you as low as 10%. Who wants to move with a 10% increment?? Must be out of her mind. The HR is rude and snobbish. It's okay to give this company a pass. Trust me. Retail industry is not doing well since covid, and with the rising cost, they will continue to face challenges. Other industries will pay you better

Question 1
Both interview stressed on why adidas and what do you know about the company. Be prepared for this type of question, especially on your knowledge to company.
Nice not too hard, match to experience and straightforward. Mostly you just shared what you have wrote in the resume and explain in detail. Second interview was case study, very easy going
The interview was pretty straightforward, first with HR and then with the hiring manager, during which I had to present a Business Case based on the job position. During the second interview the would ask me questions to go deeper into the specifics of the case.
