Interview was optional over zoom or in person. Interviewers were very nice and made the interview very comforting. The questions regarded previous experience and how I thought I could benefit the company.

How do you think you’ll be an asset to this company?
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
