Interview
Pretty basic. The questions were not that difficult as one might expect. Really a test to make sure that you were able to communicate efficiently with customers. Really laid back and they expected you to interview in just casual athletic apparel as the industry might indicate. Overall rather easy interview.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
