Interview
The manager was very unprofessional. My interview was at 11 and he didn't come out to greet me until 1130 (I arrived at 10:50). He kept interrupting me whil I tried to answer his questions and would slightly nod when I finally gave my response. It was a one on one interview.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
