I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Portland, OR) in Jan 2022
Interview
I interviewed two separate times.
1. The first position I was screened by the recruiter, then interviewed with the hiring manager. I was then told I was not getting the position, but I was provided with feedback . The people I interviewed with were also very helpful after my interview, and gave me a referral for another CM role. I had a great experience this time.
2. The next interview experience was not great. I interviewed with a hiring manager, was told I was moving forward, then I was completely ghosted. I couldn't believe this was the same company since my 1st experience was so positive.
