Interview
I had a very frustrating experience with the company and the HR. After the final round, which is the 3rd round. I followed up twice, and every time HR replied me saying that I'm in their final selection, asked me when can I start, and they would let me know within a week (which did not happen). After two months of waiting, I was told that they've made a decision and scheduled a phone call with me. However, the hiring manager did not even try to call me and ended up sending me a rejection email 1 hour after the scheduled phone call. I understand that the hiring process could be time-consuming, but at the end I felt it was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Interview
An HR ghosted me the whole day after saying they’d call but never did. Then the next day, they made me wait the entire afternoon for a phone interview. When they finally called, the first thing they asked was if I needed sponsorship—then hung up within 5 minutes after hearing i said yes. Didn’t even bother asking about my background or anything.
I'm very disappointed by their behaviour. As a world top tier brand's hr who represents the company, they should have at least give candidates more respect.

Entrevista em 3 fases sempre em inglês. As primeiras duas super tranquilas e a última com perguntas mais técnicas e onde temos de desenvolver mais. Ficaram de dar uma resposta dentro de 1 semana e nada.
