I applied through their website and was called back for an in-person group interview. There were two managers/assistant managers and about 5 interviewees. 2 of the 5 got hired.

Tell us about yourself, past work experience, most difficult moment/hardship you overcame, working in a group, gave some scenarios. Went around the circle or answered individually.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
