straight forward, clear, transparent, everyone was very friendly and polite, nothing to complain about, quick feedback, great experience, good atmosphere, I got asked relevant questions, it was more a conversation instead of them just bombarding me with quetsions

Interview
After the applicstion was reviewed I had a 30-40 minites Skype interview with the recruiter and then as the final round met in person with the Hiring Manager and other important stakeholders. The f2f interview contained a presentation that I had to prepare and then questions about experience, stakeholder management ect. Overall I had a really great experience with the Adidas Group, everything ran smooth and fast, we were in constant touch and in the end of day I received a constructive feedback why I didn’t get the role.
