Der Manager hast sich zunächst vorgestellt, seine Verantwortlichkeiten und die Organisation erläutert. Er hat dann die konkrete Stelle erklärt.
Dann wurde ich aufgefordert mich vorzustellen und meine berufliche Laufbahn zu erläutern. Der Fokus sollte dabei auf die relevantesten Stationen gerichtet sein. Darüber hinaus stellte ich die wichtigsten Erfahrungen / Kenntnisse heraus. Schließlich erklärte ich meine Motivation für den Wechsel.
Detailiert aber strukturiert. Einige Detailfragen die auch weiter in die Tiefe gingen. Es geht auch viel im den culture match. Es wird darauf geachtet dass man ins Team passt aber auch gleichzeitig abliefern kann.

First they called me and the firts interviewer asked some questions. After that she scheduled another interview (online), with a manager of the department. Simple questions, nice and kind interviewer

Application Process takes long from submitting application to interview. Interview itself come with a case study that I need to prep two days prior the interview. Presentation was good and questions as well.
