Using staffing/recruiting firm, no listing on LinkedIn or website for the position. Requested a write-up of three detection rules mapped to MITRE and IR procedures to be considered for an interview. Contact stopped after I was told to expect an interview. Farming detections from potential candidates?
Straight forward interview process and felt like a conversation. The team was upfront with the day to day of the role and allowed me to speak with multiple different people on the team to get a better feel.
Low interaction, interviewer was missing the human interaction and empathy factor, which made sense given other reviews here on record. Left me questioning and speculating regarding the team dynamics, environment, and true leadership knowledge.
