Interview
Went very well, they called me for the Lead Position, as their interpretation at the time, of a Lead Artist was entirely different that other companies. But it went really well, spoke to the AD via Skype, did an art test, they flew me out to San Francisco from New York for an interview and it was great. Though, they didn't share my portfolio with the current Lead Artist, or anything about me, and he didn't sign off on me. Though I did get hired, he and became good friends.

The interview was supposed to be 4 rounds with 1 test but it ended midway with no reply/update whatsoever. The first round was 1 hour long with an assignment followed by another interview. The remaining 2 rounds never happened. The first 2 rounds themselves took more than a month to process.

I have applied through LinkedIn and got a call from HR . He asked me to do a test whick took me 4 days (30 hours ) to finish the artwork.I have done the test very well. But after submitting the artwork test i have not received any call or feedback from HR. Very unprofessional way to conduct a job hiring process.

An art test was given to do, and 3 days allotted. I was overseas at the time and communicated via phone only. I sent it for reviews every now and then for feedback. They liked it and called me back to say I've been selected.
