First off I had to drive all the way to Tampa to their headquarters for a face to face interview, for a position in Orlando. Short sighted at best. They asked me all the stereotypical garbage interview questions (what's your greatest weakness, can you prove an example of how you handle frustration, etc). After the interview I specifically asked "is there anything in my resume or in this interview that would give you pause to proceed with me as a candidate?" They said no, as long as I had the technical skills. Then discussed salary, benefits, and the next interview process including the name of the person I'd be having the second interview with. We left with them saying that interview went well and they would contact my recruiter. Two days later I get a call that I lack the personal skills to do this type of work and am told by the recruiter that they have already turned down multiple incredibly qualified individuals for made up reasons just like this. Always the same thing, "not personable enough." Don't waste your time, they have no desire to fill this position, I strongly suspect this is so they can claim they are "trying."
