Interview process was quick and replies were prompt on the HR part. First stage interview was also timely. Second stage which the president was supposed to take was postponed 3-4 times. Now here comes the difference which explains the plight of Indian R&D vs Global. I have talked with various Global CEOs and directors. What was common in all of them was excellent scientific knowledge, futuristic vision and punctuality. Non reflected in 2nd stage interview which was with probably the president.
