Applied online. Had a phone screen, then behavioral video interview, then technical video interview. Process took about 2 weeks in all. Chris from HR was great. I wish the technical interview had been earlier in the process because I felt like the other 2 interviews were wasted time/energy, but maybe they really do screen candidates out in those stages. The technical interview was front-end heavy, which is something I generally google while I do since I never really felt a need to remember that kind of stuff. I missed a CSS specific question and a weird javascript scoping question. I was told I did fine on algorithm specific questions. I guess I felt like the early questions were trick-like questions and not really testing any ability. And I'm assuming sorta missing those is why I wasn't invited onsite.
