Long, there was multiple interviews and I spoke to many people in the marketing department that I would be working with but very structured and I learned a great amount from the experience.

Phone interview and in person interview. A person from Human Resources reaches out and asked questions about my personality and work ethic. Then I was invited to do another phone interview with the supervisor I would be working for.
