After submitting an application, Zuri furniture asks applicants to complete a pre-interview assessment. This assessment is a straightforward assessment of the basic skills needed for the position. Shortly after submitting the pre-assessment, Suri will reach out with a phone interview that consists of introductory information, a position overview, and a review of the pre-assessment. If selected for the next round, Zuri will send a self-paced Timed Assessment to be completed before a Zoom interview. During the Zoom interview, the HR representative will review your answers and ask questions about your thought processes during the assessment. Overall, Zuri's interview process has been the most engaging and exciting interview process that I have been a part of. The assessments give a level of insight that made me feel like I was more than "an applicant" by allowing me to show off my skills. Michael Volosen guided me clearly through all of the steps, was transparent about every expectation, and he guided the process both effectively and efficiently.
