I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zuora (Redwood City, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Still going through interview process. Have had two phone interviews and now meeting with 4 more people in person. So far they have been great and nothing negative to say. They are trying to make sure it is a good fit for them just like I am trying to make sure it is a good fit for me.

Question 1
Describe one tough time you had with a customer who is irate?
I was reached out to by a recruiter to have a phone conversation with her and to give her days and time range to set up a call. I didn't hear from her for a couple days and then woke up to an email from her that she had sent me after 10pm the night before with a calendar invite for a time less than 8 hours away assuming that time still worked for me...after not being in contact for almost 2 days. Unprofessional in my opinion. Not moving forward to speak with the recruiter because of this experience. Hope its better for people in the future.

Interview
Typical Sales Interview - recruiter call followed by hiring manager call. After that went onsite for an in-person + panel + mock call. It was relatively painless and the people were fantastic! I would recommend this process especially for this role!

Question 1
How would you respond in X scenario? What is your biggest strength?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zuora (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
A couple phone interviews and in person. Process was fairly easy but would ask some interesting questions that most would not know unless you had worked at the company. Overall, average interview- they didn't seem like they knew how to find the right person with the questions they were asking.
