Had an initials phone screening with recruiter, that was followed by zoom interview with nursing manager that lasted about an hour, informed me of what would be expected on the role, lastly followed by in person/ on site interview with clinic staff, asked about my background, advised it would be a very busy job, did a quick site tour. Declined because pay was very low for area, and the amount of work that appeared would be required.
