applied through LinkedIn. got call from HR after couple of weeks. after initial discussion, she set up coderpad interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager was very encouraging. They announced result next day.

virtual onsite consisting of 4 interviews
1 with the hiring manager(past work experience/behavioral),
1 problem solving(random logic questions),
2 that were data related technical questions involving design/data modelling
