Firstly they asked basic HR questions like tell me about yourself, your hobbies, why sales etc. This was followed by situation based questions and basic marketing and sales management questions.
Panel comprised of an HR lady, a tech guy and a sales specialist. Panel was quite friendly and patient with the candidates.
