I applied with resume and portfolio on the web After 9 days, I received the email from HR Recruiting Manager, Next day, We had phone screen first. Another next day, I received interview offer from HR Recruiting Manager again. She wanted to come to right away but I asked to postpone to next week. So it took 16days. But processing was really fast. 1:1 interview : for 2 hours with 4 people (HR Recruiting Manager, Hire manager, Senior Marketing Manager and current graphic designer ) I brought my portfolio and shared my expertise. They were really nice and good listener.
