I first saw the position on LinkedIn and applied online. Two weeks later, I received an email to set up an initial phone interview, which we scheduled for that same week. The next day, I received a request for writing samples and a cognitive assessment. I completed those tasks, and the following week, I got a call requesting that I come in for an in-person interview.
The in-person interview went great. The concierge greeted me by name, and my supervisor-to-be was practically waiting for me. Two other managers joined our interview, which lasted almost 1 hour. Our interview was professional, conversational, and candid, with all 4 of us asking and answering questions. The duties of role I was applying for were in flux, but the team asked pointed questions and seemed to have a solid vision for the role.
