I applied in person. The manager took a quick glance at my application and then asked me to start working right then. I said I was not expecting to work at the time of the application/interview and that I was also dressed in nice uncomfortable interview clothes not working clothes. He laughed and then we scheduled for me to start working the next day at an agreed upon time.
