ZooZ interview questions

Recently acquired by PayU. They will call you up to interview even though they don't think they'll hire you and then it doesn't matter how well (or not) you do. They are just using people and wasting their time. Poor. You meet nice people and the process is professional and focused on the right things. My issue is that even though I did very well in the interviews they still didn't have a role to offer. I had excellent interviews that were literally cut short because I answered all questions spot on. "No more questions, excellent!" was just one of the replies. Still no offer with "Even though the process was excellent and everybody was really impressed .... bla bla.. not enough experience". So why waste my time in the first place? I have a very clear no BS CV. No reason for that, just using people to leverage and have backups while they're not really wanting to hire you.

The company headhunt me and offer me a job. After a phone interview they sent me a task to do at home. After the task we schedule for an interview at their office in Tel Aviv, after a nice conversation they schedule a Skype interview with another manager that lives in different country. They contact me to reschedule the Skype interview and I didn't heard from them since.
