I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zone Marketing (Grand Rapids, MI) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied online, thinking this was a marketing opportunity. Within 2 hours I received a phone a phone call. The recruiter didn't even ask me any relevant questions about my qualifications and asked me to go to their office for an interview the next morning. She didn't describe the roll at all other than saying, "The roll says entry level, but really its for someone looking to move up in the company. You will receive cross training in HR, marketing, sales and management.". When I looked on here for reviews I saw that you are a glorified door to door salesman. I called back the recruiter and she stated, "That is only for the training portion but you have the chance to move up later in your career"
I really appreciate your review of the interview process. We are always looking for ways to improve the overall process. Everything that you mention in this review is listed on our website under the FAQ page. We are not trying to hide anything, which is why its all listed on the website. Yes our entry level position is sales and is an essential part of our training program. The entry level position lasts 2-4 weeks and I would hope no one would want to do it for the rest of their careers. Having a college degree is great, but having experience is just as important. Best of luck with your future endeavors!

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zone Marketing (Grand Rapids, MI) in Aug 2015
Interview
It is a straight forward 3 step process, they laid everything out in Detail for me, and made sure I knew exactly what I would be doing if accepted. I was really impressed by their professionalism and how they were always positive and smiling! The energy in the office is very apparent, and is refreshing to see, because you don't see it that often.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zone Marketing
Interview
It's a 3 step process that is very informative as well as structured. It all had a system to i5 and was black and white described to me. This was one of the smoothest interviews I've had in a while!:)
