I applied through Linked In. The process took a week. My resume was shortlisted and I have to complete one coding assignment. It was of medium level. I submitted the assignment before time. After submission, I didn't even heard back from HR neither reply for successful submission nor about the status of my application. I have sent numerous emails and ended up getting not even a single reply. I believe I have completed the assignment with utmost sincerity and was thinking at least getting into the next round. I don't see this company lasting for long with recruiters like this.
