A recruiter from an agent contacted me and after brief discussions about previous experience via email, had a total of 2 in-person interviews. The first one was with the CFO, manager and HR with a little test, and the 2nd one was with the president.

The interview was a little over one hour long. Very simple and conversational interview. They shared a lot of information about the company culture and going over the benefit package.
