Pathetic interview experience!. The TA team should learn to do their job better. Panelist should at least read candidate's resume before the interview.
TA calls and informs that I am shortlisted and need to submit an assignment for which 2 days time is given. After I submitted the assignment I didn't hear back and had to follow up multiple times with the TA to get my interview scheduled. During the interview, the panelist was least interested and didn't know anything about my background. He was doing some other work while I was explaining the assignment. After the interview was over, i again had to follow-up multiple times with the TA. Couple of weeks later, when I call the TA, he casually says you are not selected for the next round and when I ask for feedback, he says he doesn't have it.
Recommendation to Zocket - Please don't waste candidate's time and screen the candidates properly if you are looking only for B2B experience. Also ensure your TA is proactive. When the candidate is spending so much time and effort on the assignment and the interview, you should at least provide a feedback

The interview was for a Social Media Marketing role, but most of the questions were focused on Performance Marketing and Ads. I managed to answer them, but later I received an email saying they decided to move forward with another candidate who is better suited for the role.
