The recruitment process consisted of three interviews, thanks to which it was possible to get to know the team better. Additionally, there were two tasks to complete that provided insight into the nature of the work being performed. At each stage, the conversation was conducted in a pleasant atmosphere. After each stage, I could also count on feedback.
