Hello, I'm sorry you had that experience with Zippin. We generally provide some level of information on why we don't proceed, and apologies you didn't get that.
We were trying this presentation style interview for one role, and have got mixed feedback on it so probably won't continue to do it going forward. It's our goal to get a more holistic view of the candidates applying to work at Zippin, instead of just picking the candidate that is best at Leetcode style problems. It's a work in progress as we continually work toward a process that fits our values, and I'm sorry you didn't feel that.
We also tend to see interviews as an opportunity to sell Zippin to the candidate so they are equally invested in moving forward together, and perhaps that wasn't explained by me enough during the initial call.
Hope you found a perfect opportunity that fits your skills!
