I applied online and got an immediate call from a recruiter who scheduled a screening with them. At the end of the screening, the recruiter told me I would be a perfect fit and set an interview with the Hiring Manager. Met the Hiring Manager, and really hit it off and at the end the manager indicated that they wanted to schedule with me a Face time interview with another person and I should here by the next day Friday. On Friday there was nothing except the recruiter in a text told me that they would contact me by the end of the day. There was no contact. I e-mailed the hiring manager on the following Tuesday as well as the recruiter. Nothing. Finally on Thursday I got there canned e-mail for rejection. It was the most unprofessional process I have ever been thru with zero lack of communication.
