Very casual - personal talk about myself and previous experience in the role. I felt very comfortable and was happy to be given a tour of the office! Overall, Zip allows the candidate to be themselves in the interview process to bring it more honest answers.

When have you been in a difficult situation with a customer and how did you go about solving the issue?
easy and straightforward with standard questions, little roleplay towards the end, and plenty of time for questions. Very easy and chill to talk to the people interviewing you. Very much a personality-centric vibe
