Zinc (London) interview questions

First stage was recording my answers to 3 questions, then got offered an interview virtually straight away. Had a 45 minute interview then never heard back from them. Highly unprofessional to not even send a simple rejection email considering the time I had taken out for both of these stages. Considering they claim to be a 'people first company', this was not reflected at all by their lack of consideration or response.

Call on the phone. I felt like i am talking to some high school kid who kept saying FAB to my all answers. very short call and kept me waiting for 10 mins then the time was decided. The job description wasnt matching with what she explained to me on the phone.
