I visited Zimplistic today on Aug, 1st and it was one of the wrost interview experience of my life. I am having around 2.4 years of strong experience into customer services and i am technically sound too but after HR round she asked me write down something regarding case study on Rotimaker.Lol..i understand the company manufacturers rotimaker but they are looking for professional graduates who are having exp into customer services and technical and i am holding the same exp with one of the best company but if u want to hire someone professional than company would provide the training just for 1 or 2 day. That's it.. how would u expect a professional to have knowledge of rotimaker.. sounds funny.. poor infrastructure and and this is a start up i once u reach there i am sure u would come back to your home after wasting your valuable time and money.
