I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet in Jun 2009
Interview
Met with HR first. Had to wait 20 minutes for her to arrive. Very nice offices. She was very pleasant. It was a Friday and everyone was dressed casual.
Went on a tour of the factory and everything very clean. People were smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. Have an on-site exercise facility. Next went upstairs and met with the hiring manager. Did not appreciate the constant interruptions by employees during my interview.
She was extremely friendly and the interview was very relaxed and easy. Did not ask any behavioral questions. Was concerned about the drive from my home which was 35 minutes. There was another manager I would report and unfortunately she was on vacation that day.
The interviewer was very upfront about what the job duties and the problems they encountered with the person who had the position. I felt very upbeat about the interview when I left.
I did not receive a job offer due to the face they felt the drive was too far for me.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Singapore)
Interview
The interview was quick and simple, talking about your experiences and educational background. However, the interview did not do much for me in the sense that I did not learn a lot about the company.
