The recruitment process began with the submission of an application, followed by a series of psychometric examinations designed to assess cognitive abilities and personality traits. Successful candidates were then invited to participate in an assessment center, which involved a range of individual and group exercises to evaluate key competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Those who performed well proceeded to the interview stage, where they were further assessed through structured and behavioral interviews. Finally, top-performing candidates were extended formal job offers based on their overall performance throughout the selection process
