      SVP of Human Resources Interview

      10 Jul 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Norwell, MA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zildjian (Norwell, MA)

      Interview

The interview process was strange, it was with the SVP retiring but staying on the board and the head of talent. The questions all led me to believe a layoff or reorg was in the near future. I then didn't hear from the for a month, than got a random email asking me to meet with the CEO. In the end no other interviews took place.
