Interview
The application process started after I was contacted by phone by the recruitment team following my application on LinkedIn. After the initial call, I was sent a technical assessment to complete. Once I submitted the assessment, I was invited to a remote interview where I explained my approach, reasoning, and the solutions I provided.
The entire interview process took approximately **two weeks** from the initial contact to the completion of the interview stages. Overall, the process was well-organized, and the interviewers were professional and respectful throughout. The discussion focused on understanding my analytical thinking, problem-solving approach, and communication skills rather than just the final answers.

Interview
They’ll contact you to do their work for them — don’t be surprised, because that’s exactly what happened to me.
I applied for a Senior Frontend Developer position.
I had a call with HR, then a technical interview, which I passed, and they sent me a task.
The task was quite big (Design full page width responsive design using jinja) and clearly meant to take about a week — they were the ones who set the one-week deadline.
I thought, “It’s a big, reputable company, they wouldn’t do anything shady,” so I did it anyway.
I finished the task, sent it by email — and got no reply.
A week later, I sent a follow-up email — still nothing.
I called the HR — before I even mentioned the position, she said “we’re still in process.”
Once I told her which role it was, she said “I’ll check and get back to you by email.”
Another week passed… still no response.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked questions about HTML, CSS, and template engines, nothing too advanced, just general front-end concepts and how template engines work in practice.

Interview
The first was a short call via phone, which was pretty straight forward. They asked for the actual interview to be on premise, which was fine. They changed the slot without notifying me, which was an inconvenience, I arrived 10 minutes earlier, and the interviewer (Who was the Product VP) was late 30 minutes, never apologized for it. The questions were bad and asks about basic stuff for an entry level job, at the same time the Product VP was on his phone most of the time, even sending voice notes while I'm answering questions, it was pretty disrespectful besides that he talked bad about my current company (Which I'm satisfied at btw), it was pretty clear that this guy had a problem with my company or someone close to me that I don't know about, but it was pretty awful, and even if they offer me 100% raise I'd never work with such a low-manner person. btw, it has been a month and they've never reached back, I wish that they do to give them a long letter about this.
