I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Zeta (Bengaluru) in Nov 2020
Interview
Was contacted by agency . After about 1-2 weeks they shortlisted and then send the test link .
Gave the test in Novemeber but did not recieve any reply until January . (Yup that is weird )
Was shortlist for next round .
Gave the technical 1-1 round which included ds , android and some backend questions (was out of sylabbus for me as I was specifically applying for android developer position )
Tried following up 2-3 times after the interview but did not receive any callback or info about rejection .
After reading other reviews , I found that out this is common practice for them . So , go for interview more for practive rather than hoping to get an offer .
