The interview process is very thorough. I would say 9 interviews is a bit much though. However, they are very open what they will be testing for, which allows you to prepare and practice. If things aligned, I would have liked working with Zest AI. The recruiter (Chris) is a fantastic resource and the people I met with I enjoyed talking to. Each of them are very competent, which I highly value in a technical workplace.
For full transparency, when I say got an offer, I didn’t get an offer for the senior position, I was declined. However a mid-role was offered.
