Zest AI interview questions

The interview process is very thorough. I would say 9 interviews is a bit much though. However, they are very open what they will be testing for, which allows you to prepare and practice. If things aligned, I would have liked working with Zest AI. The recruiter (Chris) is a fantastic resource and the people I met with I enjoyed talking to. Each of them are very competent, which I highly value in a technical workplace. For full transparency, when I say got an offer, I didn’t get an offer for the senior position, I was declined. However a mid-role was offered.

The interview process was okay- involved initial screening with Recruiter Chris, followed by interview with head of client success and another with a middle manager. Communication was great up until they decide to not move you forward at which point they will ghost you and no longer respond when you reach out without letting you know one way or another.
