I recently interviewed at Zeron.one for a software development position. The interview process itself was smooth, and I found the interviewer to be supportive and friendly, which made the experience feel comfortable and positive. However, after the interview, I didn’t receive any follow-up or feedback, despite the encouraging interaction. I followed up but haven’t heard back since, which was disappointing. Clear communication, even just a simple update, goes a long way in maintaining a respectful candidate experience. Overall, while the initial interaction was promising, the lack of post-interview communication left a negative impression.
