First call was with a recruiter, who was very knowledgeable about the role and company. Answered all of my questions and gave good insight into what they needed. Next call was with the hiring manager, a VP. She dug into my background and gave me a good idea of what their business looks like and who they’re looking for. Got an email a few days later disqualifying me but offering a call to give feedback. Overall a positive process, although I’m disappointed in the outcome.
