I have passed the 2 interviews including aptitude tests online and the last one was in person at Tokyo office. The 3rd interview has included IQ test with Japanese skills test at the same time. Overall test results were good that I was told by the recruiter but didn’t get employed in the end. There is a dark side of it when Japanese company hiring foreigners..
