The first interview was via phone. I was offered a second interview with the owner the following week, and I had to take a personality/behavior test. The second interview was a lot of difficult questions, a lot of them quite personal. At the end, we set up a "decision call" for 1.5 weeks later. I was to call the owner at a set date and time to find out if I got the job or not. On the day and time, I called and was told that he was running behind and would be calling or texting me to set up a new time. I got a call about an hour later, and was told that I did not get the job. When I asked why, I was told that the other applicants had more experience. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, as I had to wait over a week. This put me in a bad position with my current job, and I had to worry about it, only to have to make the call to find out that I didn't get the job. An email would have sufficed.
